THE TEACHING TUTORING PROGRAM

APRIL 14 & 15 & MAY 19-20

Through out my years of teaching Pilates, and through my travels to many Pilates studios across the country and around the globe, I have always had a great passion for teaching teachers. Developing the skills to be an effective communicator of human movement and a knowledgeable ambassador of the Pilates Method can be an intimidating process for any teacher; and one that requires the right tools and feedback. I have developed this Teaching Tutoring Program to help Pilates instructors accomplish the following: 

- Improve their cueing skills

- Enhance their communication with clients

- Expand their creativity to create fun and mindful exercise variations and modifications

- Advance their group class teaching skills

- Learn the proper techniques to correctly and safely progress clients 

- Develop the confidence to make exercise choices that are correct for their client's needs   

- Find their unique teaching "voice"

This program is highly interactive and participants will partake in a variety of teaching drills, short writing exercises, worksheets, feedback sessions and lectures all while doing plenty of movement. You will walk away from this program with a set of teaching tools and improved teaching skills that you can carry into your teaching practice, and thus begin to enjoy the many benefits to your clients and business.
