Sessions and classes will discuss topics such as body mechanics, body awareness, motor control, functional movement, performance enhancement and much more.  Each LiveLife Pilates session incorporates a well balanced program that is designed around improving strength, flexibility, mobility, and endurance.  Participation in any LiveLife Pilates session will integrate the importance and understanding of breath and breath patterns, whole body integration, and the 10 principles of the Pilates method.
